This LICENSE is good for one non-broadcast, public exhibition screening of the film BORDER SOUTH (the
"FILM") to an
audience estimated of
1-50 people. The license fee for screening the FILM is $100.00, plus shipping and handling and applicable sales
tax.
Esta LICENCIA cubre una no-emisión, proyección de exhibición publica de la película BORDER SOUTH(la “PELÍCULA”) a una audiencia estimada a ser entre 1 a 50 personas. El costo de esta licencia es $100.00
más envío y procesamiento y los impuestos de venta aplicables.
To upgrade your license to cover a larger audience, or to screen it more than once, send your request to [email protected].

In consideration of payment of the license fee provided for above, the LICENSOR has provided the LICENSEE
with one
(1) DVD copy of the FILM to be used for the screening, electronic publicity materials and this license to screen
the
film once. In addition the LICENSOR hereby grants to the LICENSEE, without warranty, a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to screen the FILM on the SCREENING DATE only, subject to the terms and conditions
specified
herein, as follows:
- The LICENSEE hereby expressly agrees that the FILM shall be used only for the permitted purposes as set
forth in this AGREEMENT and for no other purpose.
- The LICENSEE agrees that the FILM may be exhibited in more than one screening on the SCREENING DATE,
but that permission for additional exhibition dates must be made to the LICENSOR by email or mail, at the
addresses above, and will incur additional licensing fees.
- The LICENSEE agrees that it shall not permit the FILM to be duplicated, sold, loaned, transferred,
televised or made available online or to any other party not contained herein at any time or in any manner other
than as provided for in this AGREEMENT.
En consideración del pago por la cuota de la licencia indicada arriba, el LICENCIANTE ha proporcionado al
TITULAR una (1) copia del DVD para la proyección, materiales digitales para publicidad y esta licencia para tener
una proyección de la película una vez. Adicionalmente, el LICENCIANTE otorga al TITULAR, sin garantía, una
licencia limitada, no-exclusiva, no transferible para tener una proyección de la PELÍCULA en la FECHA DE
PROYECCIÓN, sujeto a los términos y condiciones especificados en lo siguiente:
- El TITULAR acepta expresamente que la PELICULA será usada solo para los propósitos permitidos según lo
establecido en este ACUERDO y no para ningún otro propósito.
- El TITULAR acepta que la PELICULA podría tener más que una proyección en la FECHA DE PROYECCION, pero
permisión para fechas adicionales tiene que ser arreglada con el LICENCIANTE por correo electrónico o correo, a la
dirección indicada arriba, y se requiere cuotas de concesión de licencia adicional.
- El TITULAR acepta que no va a permitir que la PELÍCULA sea duplicada, vendida, prestada, transferida,
televisada, o hecha accesible en el internet o a cualquiera otra persona no contenida aquí en ninguna instancia ni
en ninguna manera a parte de lo que esta establecido en este ACUERDO.
With respect to the License granted hereunder, it is expressly understood and acknowledged by the LICENSEE
that any
rights, title, or interest that the LICENSOR maintains with respect to the FILM are expressly reserved by the
LICENSOR.
Con respeto a la Licencia otorgada aquí, está entendido y reconocido expresamente de parte del TITULAR que
cualquier derecho o interés que el LICENCIANTE mantiene con respeto a la PELICULA está expresamente reservada del
parte del LICENCIANTE.
You may charge admission for this “semi-theatrical” community screening.
It includes: 1 DVD copy of BORDER SOUTH, this License to Screen, access to resources for your event
a Screening Guide to help you plan your event and lead a discussion, a Handout, a Poster, Press Stills, and use
of our Publicity tools when you Post your event.
Se puede cobrar una cuota para la entrada de este “semi-teatral” proyección comunitaria.
Viene incluido: 1 copia del DVD de BORDER SOUTH, este Licencia de Proyección, acceso a los
